Yes — we're welcoming new patients from newborns through age 18, and we accept most major insurance plans. Bring your card to your first visit and we'll handle the billing. Not sure about your plan? Call us and we'll check for you.
Please bring your insurance card, a photo ID, your child's immunization records if you have them, and a list of any medications or allergies. Arriving 10 minutes early gives us time for the paperwork.
We keep same-week slots open for sick visits. Request a time through the form or call us early in the day for the best availability. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.
